This outstanding property is set within the beautiful gated community resort of ‘Windsor at Westside’ in Kissimmee, Florida, just 8 miles from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated, this enormous 4000 plus sq ft Baymont house provides the highest quality of opulent living and is the perfect place to base your family for your ideal vacation.
‘Windsor at Westside’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at THE CLUB to give residents and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness centre. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.

Ground Floor
The Master King Suite (Bedroom 1) complete with flat screen HDTV, walk-in closets, toilet, shower, bath tub, double vanity bathroom with tiled floor, granite tops and door to pool area.
Queen Suite (Bedroom 2) with a flat screen HDTV, linen cupboard, toilet, a large shower, single vanity unit and sink, tiled floor and granite tops.
The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with all major appliances set in stainless steel such as the double (side by side) refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic glass top range (cooker). All work tops are high quality granite. There’s also a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything else you’ll ever need in terms of cutting board, knife block, pots & pans, electric can opener, oven mitts, crockery, glasses, cups, plates, utensils and silverware, even plastic ‘glasses’ for outdoor use.
The Formal Dining area boasts a beautiful dining table and chairs which seats eight comfortably.
The Family Room is vast, with soft seating, side tables & lamps, beautiful wall decorations and a wall mounted 60” flat screen HDTV. Three huge glass patio windows offer an unparalleled view of the outdoor swimming pool and:
The Covered Lanai which is very spacious (25’ x 11’) and hosts an eight seater rattan style table and chairs for outdoor seating as well as four comfortable sun loungers, that sit beside the:
The Swimming Pool & Spa: the pool itself is 20’ x 13’ with the spa set in the ground directly beside. For safety, there’s a Child Barrier Protection Fence which is situated between the pool and the covered lanai, just in case; it’s a light frame with transparent mesh screens so don’t think it’s going to block out the light or spoil your view, it doesn’t ?
The Games Room incorporates a full size slate bed pool table, an air hockey table and foosball table plus a number of board games too. Other gaming favourites, such as Chess, Checkers and playing cards can be found in the gaming table situated in the loft.
The Utility Room has both washing machine and separate dryer, plenty of storage space plus an ironing board, an iron, laundry basket, clothes hangers and vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs (2nd Floor)
Loft Area or 2nd living area provides a large corner style sofa, corner table and lamp, a wall mounted 60” flat screen HDTV with a DVD Player in the TV unit below.
