Description
4 bedrooms 3 bathroom villa with Games Room and private pool. This luxurious holiday villa with private pool is situated on the prestigious Solana Resort near Disney.The Family Room is spacious and overlooks the pool area, has a leather Suite and a large 55 inch cable TV, DVD Player.
The Dining area has a traditional dining table where you can sit and enjoy your home cooked meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need and more, stainless steel appliances, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, double sink with waste disposal. Breakfast table in nook and much more.
Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Cable TV, second master suite with queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 as two twin beds and bedroom 4 has a set of bunks.
The Games Room has Air Hockey and Table tennis tables.
The pool area is fully screened in for your comfort, this helps keep out the bugs and still lets the sun shine through! For those who like to socialize the pool deck area has a bar feature where guest can chill and show off their cocktail making skills!

Solana Resort is one of the premier gated community resorts in the area, It features a large swimming pool, children's interactive water play area, shop, snack bar, cyber cafe and a magnificent club house, there is an 18 hole mini golf course, located to the left of the communal pool.
Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.
