This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.

The property has One King master bedrooms located on the first floor plus another King Bedroom upstairs . Both have en suite baths with walk in showers . There is a King size bedroom located on the second floor for added comfort . Three other rooms complete the second floor with one further queen size bedrooms plus a room with twin beds and a room with a double bunk and twin below

Make the most out of your vacation, the home also has large sotting area upstairs with large LCD TV for those days where you just want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous home. Catch up on your favorite movies whilst lounging on the large sectional sofa.
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting deck space complete with pool and bubbling spa, as well as an outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers. With all of this and more, this home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
