The home is professionally decorated and features luxurious amenities such as a leather furniture package, a 55-inch flat screen TV in the living area and a 43’’ flat screen TV in the upstairs living area, both have blu-ray. AND, there is a separate movie theatre featuring 7 movie-theater style lounge chairs. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry and backsplash. The large dining room and kitchen bar seats many so all can dine together.

Sleeping up to 16 comfortably, the bedrooms consist of 3 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 bedroom with a full and twin bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds! And, all the bedrooms have their own flat screen TV’s. With so much room, everyone has plenty of space for privacy and to sleep comfortably.

If you want to cool off, hop in the large pool or unwind in the hot-tub. There is also plenty of seating out on the lanai for pool-side dining along with chaise loungers for relaxing. There is even an air-conditioned game room featuring billiards, air hockey, a 43-inch flat screen and a PS3. This home has attained the prestigious Grand Collections status and has FREE WIFI and a full-size washer and dryer.
