Description
Our exclusive home is a spacious, light and airy villa. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms you will have plenty of space for the whole family to get ready each and every day or wind down at the end of it.
The home has two living rooms, dining area with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook with further seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware and appliances, fidge freezer, waste disposal, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender.
The garage space has been utilized as a fun game room with pool table and air hockey table.
The South facing pool deck area is just perfect for soaking up that Florida sun and relaxing in the private pool.
There is a queen ensuite bedroom with queen bed, tv, ceiling fan, walk in closet, 2 nightstands and lamps, dresser. The en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the pool deck for your convenience and consists of a large tub bath, walk in shower and twin vanity sinks.
Bedroom 2 has a full bed, tv, 2 nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, built in closet. The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity sink.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom with a bath with shower and vanity sink. The bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each, ceiling fans, built in closets, nightstand and lamp.
There is full air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. No need to bring towels, linen, iron, hairdryers or other standard household items as we have made sure that everything is provided in our home. There is Cable TV in all bedrooms and free Wi-Fi internet.The central location is ideal for visiting all the main attractions. Disney is a short 10 minute drive. Champions Gate even closer – just 2 minutes away – offering 2 world class golf courses and a range of shops and restaurants. The villa has everthing you need for the perfect holiday and we’re sure you will love the ‘home away from home’ atmosphere it provides. You’ll never look at a hotel the same way again!
