Hello Casa Grove Guests,
We welcome you to our Condo, we are from the land down under, Australia and hope you enjoy your stay here in Davenport. Just minutes away from most attractions, the supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and well almost everything Florida and Orlando has to offer. Or just kick back and stay put, in the pool side Condo with great décor delights, and the surprise ambience of the Tuscan Hills in Italy, complete with original art, tapestries, and a choice of pools and spas to cool off just about any time dawn to dusk.
The following is offered by us your hosts –
1. Wifi connect to MySpectrumWiFid8-5G– password is chillybubble670
2. Coffee capsules in the Kitchen for Keurig and filters for the Drip machine
3. Shampoo/conditioner and soap to start you off
4. Toilet rolls – a few in each bathroom for the first days
5. Fresh bedroom linen and towels, face, hand and body plus beach towel per person.
6. Comfortable outdoor furniture out front
7. Golf is everywhere in Florida – go to a new course every day if you want to.
8. The pools are always sparking clean…enjoy the convenience of walking just a few steps or go to the main bigger complex just a short walk away.
9. Have a break in the spa and enjoy the spectacular weather in Florida
10. TV’s in all three bedrooms a super-size in the lounge.
11. The Home sleeps up to 6 guests
12. The home has a full complement of crockery, cutlery glassware, and lots of appliances incl dishwasher and Microwave. Ice maker large size fridge and freezer
13. Each room has a bathroom, two have true ensuite’s and all have closets. The third next door to the King sized 2nd Master bedroom
14. The Master has a doorway to the outside
15. Dining seating eight inside- with a large antique farm house table – recently decorated.
16. Just a quick walk to a medical centre, a Publix supermarket, restaurants, hair and nail salons, massage, and a whole lot more.
17. Smoking outside only – ashtrays available in the Kitchen cupboards
